In Bray, County Wicklow town in the central republic of Ireland it was reported Aleister Black age twenty three had suffered a serious accident after his hike to Mount Brandon. Aleister was reported to have broken bones and torn muscles.

Aleister suffered a shatterimg blow as he slid head first on his back ripping off the mountain. By the time help arrived Aleister was already unconscious .The doctors stated he was bleeding with broken limbs and bones protruding in several places, yet he still breathed.

Another atrocious incident had been observed several days after Aleister Black’s accident. At 5:30 pm sharp Patrick Wilson was reported to have set out for a hike to Mount Everest. Patrick had suffered a gruesome fall resulting in a grotesque distortion in the right knee. He was about eleven or twelve feet high.

Patrick suffered a terrible fall when his rope had cut lose leaving him vulnerable to a frightful fall. After receiving medical attention Patrick was interviewed about how he suffered and how he saved himself. He stated he had pressed his back against the mountain he squatted and gripped the mountain allowing him to reach safely to the ground but he required immediate medical attention.

Yesterday there had been an addition to another accident. Deter, a boy in the age group of 10-12 years went for a hike on a cliff with his friends. The boys were cycling when Deter slipped off the cliff tripping, falling and landing directly on the road.

Deter had been bleeding from the head with a broken ankle. The boy suffered this accident when a rough edged rock came under his cycle resulting in a flat tyre. His leg had been crushed, twisted and broken. The driver approaching from the other end of the road stopped his car in the nick of time rushing Deter to the hospital.

Horrific incidents were reported to happen one after the other and each one of them more gruesome then the other. One of the most dreadful amongst these were a brutal hiking trip. Zelina Vega age 33 set out on a hike to the Himalayas. Just like Patrick Wilson she met the same fate but a little more dreadful.

Zelina had hit the base of the mountain almost smashing against the rocks. But she tried everything to save herself. She made use of her arms and legs suspending her weight on the rope and climbing down. Zelina hung slackly on one side locking her left knee and with her right foot moving slowly down the mountain.

Just when Zelina thought she was about to reach safely the rope frayed twisted making her fall onto the rounded pile of rocks. Zelina’s bones were fractured in five different places with a broken rib cage crushing her body and limbs. Even after receiving prompt medical attention she suffered from internal bleeding. After suffering from such a fall her body is now paralyzed.

Many dreadful incidents took place one after the other resulting in serious injuries. It was reported that people who witnessed these incidents state that the hikers should make use of proper security purposes and equipments.

An elderly man stated “These men and women should put their safety first and use excellent equipments that guarantee safety”. However, it is true and they should always put safety first and stay away from reckless things and hiking trips.

This report highlights the significance of school food plans and sports organizations for youth and how they are an important part in a child’s education.

For these two fields, sports and food, some programs have been launched. Kickz is a national program funded by the Premier League and Metropolitan Police, that uses football to work with young people at risk of offending in the deprived areas.

Also, the School Food Plan was published in 2013 and was agreed by the UK’s Department for Education to improve the food available in schools. These initiatives were highly appreciated but there is definitely a room of changes required and available. These changes are:

Kickz aims to engage 12 to 18 year old which could be changed as by engaging a larger age group, more youngsters will be benefitted. In the matters of health and food, about 57% children are not eating school lunches at all.

So, to improve this, children should be encouraged to have a proper balanced diet which would only come when they will eat a healthy breakfast and lunch. More emphasis should be placed on the importance of health and fitness which will be done by supporting and appreciating more programs like these.

Moreover, only 1% of packed lunches meet the nutritional standards that currently apply to school food. This shows that despite having lunch, students do not receive the necessary balanced diet. This further leads to a conclusion that more physical and extracurricular activities should take place along with a proper nutritional diet, aiming to benefit more students.

Moving on, it further signifies that these changes will bring about noticeable differences as children will think of it as an important and beneficial part of life. a highly certifies nutritionist stated that, “Physical and mental health is what grows and develops the mind of children.”

This clearly demonstrates what when more people will engage in these activities, a more positive approach will be targeted in schools as it will improve the academic performance of children and most importantly, the health of this nation.

This will surely uplift the weaker sections of the society as when these facilities will be provided to them, a sense of equality and brotherhood will spread in the society.

A famous researcher, Sarah Wayne stated that, “These enthusiastic organizations have led to a reduction of 66% in youth crime.” This proves that a clear mindset of the importance of health will help children as they will grow, mentally and physically. When this responsibility will be given to schools, students will gradually clear their negative thoughts about schools.

In conclusion, these youth programs will benefit schools and the children being educated in them. As looking forward to these changes, a sense of hope is observed as these organizations and authorities are working for the betterment of the upcoming generation.

Ancient method of conquering fear in renewed
Tuesday, 23rd February 2016, Miami, FL

Ancient customs that were supposedly buried away ages ago are now revived. Corporate managers have strong beliefs that in making their employees walk in fire, the employees may overcome whatever fear they have which results in a higher success rate along with more profits in their business.

In the medieval era, embers were placed in the palms of people in order to extract the truth. In today’s date and time, this practice is believed to eradicate fear in the employees. Hot coal is lit on fire for these workers to walk barefoot on.

“It is quite ridiculous,” states Dr. Eddie Hampton, a special physicist at Southern Methodist University, “when in reality, firewalking does not have much to do with overcoming fear — such a custom should have stayed in the past.”

A team of people working for a local McDonald’s underwent this firewalking experience. Several workers benefited from the act whilst six of the workers ended up with serious injuries.

Studies have proved that there is no strong link between firewalking and company profits. However, it has mentally aided people who now believe they can conquer their fears.

Among these firewalkers were the few people who developed a grave phobia. This phobia made the firewalkers unable to gain control of their physical surroundings along with the incapability to reason.

Doctors and physicists hope to put a stop to this revived tradition especially when it comes to employees and benefiting the company as there is no connection between the two.
